If you wish to return the product(s) to RemedyBaltic OÜ online store:

  • RemedyBaltic OÜ: returns are made via smartpost/omniva parcel machines.
  • Smartpost Itella parcel terminal: free of charge, within 14 days >

    - If the parcel arrived at a blue parcel terminal, it can be returned free of charge with the same door code from any blue parcel terminal in Estonia.
    You can also return a parcel that has arrived at a blue machine from a white machine by making a return. my.smartpost.ee in the self-service environment by the consignment number (barcode).

    - If the parcel arrived at a white parcel terminal or a parcel point, you can only make a return by. my.smartpost.ee by self-service parcel number (barcode), with a choice of return from either a white or blue parcel machine.

  • Omniva post office: return through the post office is at the customer's expense. The return should be sent to the address "Männiku tee 4 Suure-Jaani Viljandimaa, 71503 Estonia" with the explanation "Return of the product".
