The balm can help relieve muscle and joint pain, as well as symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism. Eucalyptus and camphor oils together naturally help to relieve pain, soothe muscle tension and improve circulation. Use up to 2-3 times a day, allowing the balm to absorb into joints and muscles for at least 30 minutes. All of our products contain 100% natural ingredients and are independently tested for CBD quality and quantity.

I've also used a Champion product and this current one falls a bit short. With the Champion product the effect was almost immediate, the Lower back & Shoulder product needs to be used for a much longer period of time, or else I have more back problems :/
