From field to goods

Grow

The raw material for Remedy Baltic CBD products comes from Ireland. The CBD cannabis plant needs to grow for at least 6 weeks for the seeds to be ready for harvesting. It is zero-waste agriculture. This means that everything that is grown is put to use. During the season from May to September, the Remedy CBD field removes 18-24 tonnes of CO2 from the air.

Seeds

After cutting the medicinal hemp plants, the seeds are separated from the plants, cleaned and transported to the production facilities. The processing of the seeds yields three raw materials: oil, sludge and compressed seed pulp, which is later milled into a fine powder. The whole plant is thus used and there is no waste from the whole production process!

Squeeze the oil

The seeds go through a stage in the production facility that we call fermentation. This lasts a total of 3 years, during which the CBD percentage in the seeds increases almost 30 times. After this stage, the seeds are directed to a production machine, where pressing them results in two different products – oil and compressed seed mass.

Refine oil

The machine separates the seed mass, which we dry and later process into fine seed flour – this is used in supplements for humans and horses. Additionally, oil is separated, which goes on its own journey.

Settle

The oil obtained from pressing is poured into appropriate containers where sedimentation occurs. During this process, loose seed particles settle at the bottom, which we later use as a paste in supplements for horses. The oil, however, is used in our creams and oils.

As a result of the entire production process, after almost four years of production, we get the Remedy products that we all love and value. With their natural strength and composition, these products help strengthen our health.
